This Privacy Policy explains how the Ago-Iwoye (Ijebu-North) Staff Trust Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited ("we", "us", "our", or "the Society") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the OOU Trust mobile application ("the App"). The App is developed and maintained on the Society's behalf by Techflow Digitals ("the Developer"). The Society is the data controller responsible for your personal information. OOU Trust is the official mobile application of the Ago-Iwoye (Ijebu-North) Staff Trust Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited, a cooperative society serving members of the Olabisi Onabanjo University community. The App is intended for registered and prospective members of the Society.

We collect only the information needed to operate the App and provide cooperative services.

• Identity and membership details: full name, membership/staff number, date of birth, and similar identifiers used to verify your membership.

• Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, and general usage activity used to keep the App secure and functioning.
• Log and diagnostic data: crash reports and error logs.

We do not collect more sensitive data than is necessary for membership and cooperative services.

• To create and manage your membership account.
• To process savings, contributions, loans, and repayments.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud or unauthorised access.
